This is one of the better whitening kits I've ever used - and very affordable compared to going to the dentist for whitening. The first thing I noticed was that the strips are larger than other strips I've tried in the past...I really liked how these strips covered so much of my teeth. How to whiten teeth with baking soda and water

Using baking soda alone with plain water is also quite effective in whitening your teeth and removing the plaque build-up.

How to whiten teeth with baking soda and water. All You Will Need:
+ 1 teaspoon of baking soda
+ 1-2 teaspoons of plain water

Mix half a tsp of baking soda with half a tsp of water in a small cup into a fine paste. Put your toothbrush into the cup, and start brushing your teeth for about 1-2 minutes.

Brush your teeth only up and down and no on the sideways. Remember that the taste of baking soda is not pleasant. Then, wash your mouth with water, as well as the toothbrush.

Repeat this process every second day for one or two weeks and you will notice a small difference in the whiteness of your teeth. After a couple of weeks, continue doing this just once or twice a week.

Caution
Be aware that the baking soda is a mild abrasive, so you should not be brushing your teeth any longer, otherwise it may begin to erode the enamel on your teeth.

Also, remember that brushing your teeth with baking soda should not replace brushing your teeth with a toothpaste every day.

First I bought the whitener gel, thinking I could use it in my old tooth trays that I got from the dentist. When I couldn't find them, I went back and got the whole kit which comes with the LED light, mouth tray and a couple of tubes of gel.
It works great. My teeth were getting pretty yellow, and after just 5 or 6 times of using it (15 minutes, each evening) I can see a noticeable difference. The gel I used to use with my old whitening kit that I got from the dentist really made my mouth sore after a few days -- the gel from Bright White Smiles doesn't seem to do that.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and will purchase again!

Literally 0 difference in teeth whiteness, but it bleached spots on my gums soooo take that as you will. Burns like hell and got 0 results. There’s plenty of 5 stars on here so hopefully you’ one of them if you get it, but good lord was that a waste of $40

First order worked very well, gel is harsh on gums so be careful. ordered a second time to further the whitening from the first order with very little to no results . second order was ineffectual gel was not harsh on my gums at all . seemed very mild compared to first order with no active ingredient
